5. User Responsibilities

By using Ad Utsav, you agree to:

  • Comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy and local laws

  • Not send spam, illegal content, or unsolicited marketing

  • Not upload malicious code or abuse system resources

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Maintain accurate business and contact information

6. Account & Access

You are responsible for:

  • All activities under your account

  • Keeping your password secure

  • Informing us of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

7. Subscription & Payments

  • Our services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually)

  • All fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise

  • We may suspend access for non-payment or failed transactions

  • Pricing is subject to change with prior notice

  • Taxes (including GST) will be charged as applicable

8. Data Privacy & Security

  • Your own uploaded content remains your property, but you grant us the right to use it solely for service delivery

11. Third-Party Services

  • We may integrate with WhatsApp, Meta, Google, CRMs, payment gateways, etc.

  • We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of these third-party tools

  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if:

  • You breach any part of these Terms

  • Your account is flagged for abuse, spam, or illegal use

  • Required by law enforcement or regulatory bodies

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months
